We love combining Western and Eastern ingredients to create new flavours. This glaze also works amazingly well with ribs and chicken nibbles.

Ingredients
2 blocks of firm/press tofu
Oil
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Glaze
5 Tbsp Relish The Thought Mandarin & Cointreau Marmalade
4 Tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for GF option)
1½ Tbsp of lemon juice
½-1 Tbsp hot sauce
Method
To prepare the glaze:
Mix all glaze ingredients together, set aside.
To prepare the tofu:
Slice tofu into small pieces.
Heat a few drops of oil in a large, non-stick pan. When hot, add tofu in a single layer and make sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Cook tofu on medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden brown. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
Set the same pan on medium-high heat, add the glaze mixture. Stir continuously until thick (this will take approx. 3-4 minutes).
Place cooked tofu back into the pan and combine with the glaze until they are well coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy! 💚
