- Slash a leg of lamb and rub in several tablespoons of Tomato Kasundi, leave to marinate overnight and roast in the usual way. Also good with chicken breasts.
- Make lamb meatballs really tasty when you add 2 tablespoons of Tomato Kasundi to the mix.
- Stir into pumpkin or kumara soup for a warming winter soup.
- Mix through a chickpea salad.
- Spread a Pizza base with Tomato Kasundi. Add cold lamb or smoked chicken, sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake until golden then drizzle with yogurt and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
