Stir 300ml cream 25g butter & 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar in a saucepan over a low heat to melt the butter & sugar.
Bring to the boil then lower heat and stir in 1⁄4 cup of Relish the Thought Dundee Marmalade, simmer for a minute. Taste, if you would like more whisky flavour add a couple more tbsp of whiskey.
Serve over Christmas pudding, sticky date pudding or other steamed puddings.
